Grasp: Add extra clear view and close gripper time steps to training tensor whenever possible

pregrasp+pregrasp image and final gripper + final gripper image to training batches

Some features are not always available, and this meant that for single grasp predictions the pregrasp time step and the close_gripper time step's rgb images aren't yet used in training. Add them as an option.
