Bugs in search

In my experience there still seem to be many bugs in the search module which make it unusable:

• the search feature sometimes changes file last modified date (in file metadata). This ruins file history in the vault and has happened to me multiple times. Luckily I had a vault backup.

• some search queries (specifically short ones of 1-2 chars) don't do anything (no change to the cards view), despite there being cards with matches in the regular obsidian search
  EDIT: after updating from 1.7.0 to 1.9.0, short queries do return results now, but not the correct ones, and caused obsidian desktop to freeze.

• some search queries cause irrelevant notes to rise to the top (which do not have the desired query anywhere in them and do not appear in the regular obsidian search)

• when searching through a large vault, the animation as cards get shuffled around becomes crazy and sometimes never stops

Search have been massively updated between 1.7.0 and 1.9.0 (in particular, animation and search algorithm), can you confirm all these bugs still happen in 1.9.0 ?

Can you open a issue for each bug and provide examples of "not correct ones" or "irrelevant" results ?
