新功能描述

editable插件缺少 新增一行的功能
editable插件新增 向上插入一行/向下插入一行 的按钮，这样可以达到灵活的控制每一个文本框的样式，当前插件在一个文本框内写多行文本，只能达到对当前文本框的样式控制

应用场景

编辑富文本时需要可以添加更多内容的功能，而不是仅仅修改已有的内容

我在mp-html的文档里面没有找到editable插件的作者信息，这个插件应该是作者开发的吧
