I've narrowed down the issue to starting after the v1.3.8 tag and master.
In both versions, the job name is double URL encoded and a job name like test-stg/periodic-1633555980 looks like test-stg%252Fperiodic-1633555980 in the location bar of my browser.
In 1.3.8, I can see the job info as expected but in our build from master (labelled as v1.3.9-10-g32c792f+CHANGES in the UI), it returns a 404.
This happens when both searching for the job in the job list and when going to the parent job, clicking on "children", and then selecting a periodic job
