docker 1.8 has been released - update README? #3

Docker 1.8 has been released, and no mention of dockramp or similar can be seen in the announcement.

The README should be updated, because either docker 1.8 did not ship with this feature, or dockramp can be used as-is with the latest docker release.

Hey @alexanderkjeldaas

Though Docker 1.8.0 release notes did not mention dockramp it did ship with the necessary API changes. The release notes only mentioned the changes made to docker cp (the ability to copy into a container) which were enabled by this change. You should be able to use dockramp as-is with the latest Docker daemon.
