Any blockers for 0.20?

I thought I'd make an issue so that if there are any outstanding things then this can be a place to track and resolve them.

0.20 has been in rc for a while. I have some changes in thirtyfour that depend on fantoccini 0.20.
Not trying to rush you, but if there are outstanding blockers I might be able to help with those.

I think there are two blockers for 0.20:

• webdriver might be part of public API #225
• firstMatch vs alwaysMatch Capabilities #129

That second one is just a maybe. My main concern is that it may require changing the public API in a backwards-incompatible way. If we decide on a path whereby it can be done in a backwards-compatible way, then I'm fine not blocking on it.

There are also a few other things I'd like to get out the door, but they're backwards-compatible changes (I think), so not blockers:

• Support reconnecting to an existing session #100
• webdriver should not panic on invalid argument #175
• [draft] Create wait structure #95
• feat: Improved error handling by using thiserror #208

I think we can also have the conversation about what it'd take to 1.0 soon after 0.20. I don't anticipate a lot more breaking changes will be necessary to fantoccini with 0.20 out, but we should do a survey.
