Vignette: Test Suite

Logging this from an aborted (too early) start on generating a vignette:

• test-000-spec.R = optional test if you're using OAS APID
  • I think the point here was to see if the spec has changed versions.
  • This & servers will normally get skipped on CI, but a workflow will run them periodically. Maybe use specific env vars so it never gets set "accidentally" (and so we don't fight vs normal "skip on CI").
  • Does it even make sense for these to be in the test suite? Might it be easier to run something else? Ideally probably check once/day off CI, and only if CI envvar is overridden on CI?
