@justin13601 Hey, I was trying to run the aces framework on the docs but I noticed it is outdated compared to the github repo. Not meant to add work to your plate but I think it would be beneficial to update the documentation there as it has led to some confusion with running some of the models.

Sure, I was working with Jungwoo, trying to run the REMed framework that they developed, and it appears that the ACES docs MEDS_tutorial does not comply with the REMed framework. Not sure have if this python tutorial is outdated but we think it might be.

Hm - sorry I'm not really familiar with the REMed framework, but maybe I can try to see what the issue is with the tutorial - do you have an error message? Or what exactly do you mean that it "does not comply" with the framework?
