I find it a bit cumbersome to type h: in order to search for a keybinding related to a specific app.
Can it be done so you search in both the section titles and items by default?

However, more than a year later, I'm still struggling to find a good UX to combine searching in both section headers and items. For example, how should we prioritize search results when there exists a header and item with the same text? If the section header has many constituent rows, it would drown out the rest of the results that are not in the same section.
Two approaches I can think of:
Toggle between showing matches of sections headers (and their items) and non-sections with a hotkey
Prioritize showing matches of section headers over non-sections
