Describe the bug

The Keyman for Mac code is lacking Sentry breadcrumbs which can make troubleshooting difficult while investigating Sentry errors and crash reports.

We should be recording some basic initial state at startup, such as security permissions granted by the user for the application, and also other key info, such as a change in host application and the state of compliance checks.
