[FR] Select default Media Profile

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I for instance have videos and music preservation media profiles and presumably because music preservation is first in the alphabet, that's my default

Being able to select a default profile.

Fair enough! I'm taking some time off over winter break, but I'll think about this for once I'm back in early January. I think your approach is a good one, but I'll think through different approaches in case there's a better way to handle that Media Profile -> Source creation flow

I've had a similar desire a couple of times as well.

I think as an alternative, even just having it default to the "most recently used" media profile could also be an alternative.
