With this feature it would be possible to push local images to the container registry (docker hub for now) from the user interface.

wip: push local images to container registry.

Currently it's a little bit unstable. After being logged-in a user can push a local image to a container registry.

TODO:
1. Finish implementation;
2. Improve stability
3. Show progress logs from eventstream. This can be done with a modal.
