This is a very convenient feature, most browsers support this feature,Like the Brave browser and the Vivaldi browser.

That would be nice to have, but with bug #252 still active, users may be surprised to find that they can't continue a previous session. IOW, if the tabs close without permission (#252), AND the history is auto cleared, the browser will effectively reset on every exit, which some users don't want.

I just noticed that this is a duplicate of #84. Since that was April of 2020, you should assume this is low priority (i.e., will never happen).
