Tracker improvement

Describe your suggested feature

Make it so if one of the trackers added (if the entry has two or more) has it's status changed, all of the other ones changes as well.
This is really important mainly for MangaUpdates, which isn't even able to mark itself as completed because the tracker doesn't get the information of how many chapters it has, and some of the manga there doesn't have this information as well.
