Unable to install on windows need help #33

When i do
pecl install channel://pecl.php.net/ui-2.0.0

on Windows

gives me the error: ERROR: The DSP UI.dsp does not exist.

I've no idea what that is about, I've never heard of a windows pecl build generating or requiring a dsp ...

@weltling, any idea ?
