- 1 pound lean ground turkey (browned)
- 2 cans dark red kidney beans (drained)
- 2 cans of black beans with cumin and chili spices
- 2 (28oz) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion
- Brown turkey in skillet
- Combine all ingredients in a crock or pasta pot and simmer for at least one hour (make sure onions are cooked through)
