Keeping K8S_VERSIONS up-to-date

Describe the enhancement you'd like to see
The tool keeps pace with the current Kubernetes release schedule and versions currently K8S_VERSIONS is only applicable up to 1.28. The current release for Kubernetes is 1.30 and 1.28 will go out of support later this year

Is there a ETA on the new release which supports 1.30 and 1.31 ? 1.28 has reached EOL and 1.29 will reach EOL soon as well.
