In most of the cases, it happens due to home directory's permission.

Generally this seems to be an issue with the watchdog component: if any path within the chosen directory is not readable for the current user, this exception will be raised. Workarounding this issue within Incor might be quite tedious and also not the right spot (watchdog has to solve it, but the project seems stalled)
