Current behaviour

if Attachment download behavior=manual, note text is not syncing and no way to force it.
Flipping the setting to Auto forces download of both text and attachment.

Steps to replicate

  1. Create note on desktop; sync
  2. go to android; sync; add attachment to the new note, sync
  3. Back to the desktop, sync -> this the attached picture with no way out of it. Can't see text either.
