I have a massive delay in booting after upgrading to Xia. And I'm not alone, there's a big problem with this new bug all over the official forum: https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewforum.php?f=46
For me, the culprit seems to be the Broadcom sta driver (proprietary), for others is nvidia's drivers, for others something else. Something changed in Xia that it created a race condition to delay the boot up sequence. For me it was 3 minutes (while it used to take 40 seconds), and for others went up to 7 minutes of wait time!
Please look at this bug, because it's affecting a lot of people. More debug info on the various forum threads about it.
Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior
to boot up fast
