Describe the bug

If you write a answer post in a thread, it sometimes does not show up, however the counter (X replies) increases. As soon as you write another message, the previous one will show.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to course
  2. Go to the communication tab
  3. Select a channel
  4. Write a message
  5. Go to "Reply in thread"
  6. Write multiple answers (the issue does not always arise unfortunately)
  7. At some point a written message will not show up

You may have to repeat this some times since I haven't found a way to reproduce this consistently

Expected behavior

The newly written message should show up as soon as I post it.
