Population History does not reflect User manipulations or current Habitat State

The information is NOT reflecting the amount of species on the graphs and also in the visualization side.Each ecosystem presents different symptoms, but generally we have problems with the data and changes.

In particular, take a look at the vegetation in the habitat and its corresponding values in the history charts. There are inconsistencies between them. Further, the behavior of the population charts looks strange.
