window not switching after release with four finger swipe

When I used four finger vertical swipe, occasionally the window does not auto switch after release. To reproduce this problem, set appearance to titles, and in controls set the gesture trigger shortcut to vertical swipe with four fingers, and disable the system vertical four finger gestures to avoid interference. This problem is intermittent but I could reproduce it more easily when I swipe across more than 3 windows. The pop up will stay on screen after I release the gesture, and the window will not auto switch. Sometimes, after 5ish seconds the window will eventually automatically switch, sometimes it will not auto switch at all. Have not noticed this problem when I used the keyboard commands to switch windows. Have updated alt-tab and macos to the latest versions as of today.

And when the window did not automatically when fingers leave the touchpad, as soon as I touch the touchpad again with one finger, it automatically switches

Hi,
You reported 2 issues with trackpad gestures. I'm suspecting that you may have some other app interfering here like BTT, Karabiner, etc. Some app that also interacts with trackpad or mouse gesture.
Is that the case?
If not, could you please use the build I shared here and reports logs?

Hi, thank you for your reply! I do not have BTT nor Karabiner installed. The only apps I have installed that has anything to do with trackpad/mouse is linear mouse and Mos. I tried to open the build you shared but Mac says "Apple could not verify “AltTab 2” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy." and refuse to open.

Also if this is of any help, the freeze seems to happen more often right after typing, for example I could google something and immediately switch windows, the pop up freezes every time after a handful of tries with four finger swipes

Can you reproduce the issue with Linear Mouse, Mos and all other related app not running?
