[Feature]: 手机和车机，均无法把lx设置为默认音乐软件，希望作者大大能够考虑完善下

问题描述

安卓手机有时候用蓝牙开始播放，总是调用系统原装播放器，哪怕把原装播放器停用 也还是弹出“自带播放器是否启用”的提示，在默认应用列表里找不到lx 无法设置为默认播放器。
车机版也是一样。

首先，移动版的问题建议到移动版仓库反馈：https://github.com/lyswhut/lx-music-mobile

不支持播放本地音乐，设置默认播放器没意义
