Learning Rate Finder

Use the luz learning rate finder! I think something has it implemented, although I can’t remember which package(s) use luz (it has to be one of those). My current feeling is either it’s a different mode than fit, or it’s a logical argument where we use it, choose the optimal rate, and THEN fit the model.
