Connectors/Color coding
Look at connector end, pin with dot next to it is pin 1, counterclockwise to ascend
Licor: Use gray 3-wire as interface to connector
(Licor Red) -> (Gray Red) -> (Pin 1) -> Panel -> White -> Li- on Arduino
(Licor Shield) -> (Gray White) -> (Pin 2) -> Panel -> Red -> Li+ on Arduino
Solar Panel: Use gray 3-wire as interface to connector
(Solar Red) -> (Gray Red) -> (Pin 1) -> Panel -> Red -> SOLAR+ on Arduino
(Solar Shield) -> (Gray White) -> (Pin 2) -> Panel -> White -> SOLAR- on Arduino
Decagon: NO gray 3-wire as interface to connector
(Decagon White) -> (Pin 1) -> Panel -> Red -> Pin 6 or 7 on Arduino
(Decagon Shield -> (Pin 2) -> Panel -> White -> GND on Arduino
(Decagon Red) -> (Pin 3) -> Panel -> Green -> RX2 or RX3 on Arduino
5TM: All gray wire
(TN9 Clock) -> (Gray Blue) -> (Pin 1) -> Panel -> White -> CLK on Arduino
(TN9 Action) -> (Gray Yellow) -> (Pin 2) -> Panel -> Yellow -> ACT on Arduino
(TN9 Power) -> (Gray Red) -> (Pin 3) -> Panel -> Red -> 5V on Arduino
(TN9 Data) -> (Gray Green) -> (Pin 4) -> Panel -> Green -> DAT on Arduino
(TN9 Ground) -> (Gray Shield) -> (Pin 5) -> Panel -> Black -> GND on Arduino

Cut unshielded on gray wire
Davis: No Intermediate wire
Yellow: 5V (Screw terminal)
Red: Ground (Screw terminal)
Green: Analog pin 0 (left side of LEMS when upright)
Black: Digital Pin 2 (right side of LEMS when upright)
