In case a catalog entry is overwritten, the thumbnail is also overwritten. In the special case, where a study is created with a thumbnail and in the _add call to overwrite the entry the thumbnail argument is NULL, the old thumbnail isn't removed. The thumbnail should be removed in case an entry is overwritten with the thumbnail argument set to NULL
