Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users need to use derived keys for message actions.

Describe the solution you'd like
Follow similar structure approach to #742 which implements for secp256k1

  • Create chain agnostic solution for deriving public and private keys for the crypto/ed25519 package.
  • Create unit tests covering similar cases to feat: implement HD keys for secp256k1 #742
  • Implement ExtendedPublicKey and ExtendedPrivateKey from crypto package

Additional context
Need to research solution that is close to BIP32 buyt compatible with ED25519 curve.
