maplibre-gl-js version: 5.0.0

browser: Version 131.0.6778.266 (Official Build) (arm64)

Steps to Trigger Behavior

  1. Add polygons around the globe
  2. Move camera so it's center is closer to north pole
  3. Polygons appear to have more opacity and are split into chunks

Expected Behavior

Polygons remain the same

Actual Behavior

Polygons are split into chunks, seems like opacity is also greater for some of them.
