stock fpc can compile a test program that itself successfully runs its own unit tests
same for ultibo fpc
compile all targets of all numbered examples in ultibohub/Examples
run ultibohub/Examples qemu targets and take screen shots
test bi-directional serial of example 13 on qemu
compile ultibohub/Demo
compile ultibohub/Asphyre
