Title Version for IrAuthor

Requirements

Tested against version 5.2.0 of IrAuthor
Earlier versions have not been tested, but v >5.0 should work

Usage notes

Adds the verion of irAuthor to the application's title bar

Append the currently running version of irAuthor to the text in the top application bar of the application and the hover-text for the taskbar item
