Are there any plans to support Oracle specific features like change notifications?

There's been some investigations into supporting this in Go via the ocilib wrapper here: https://github.com/tgulacsi/gocilib/blob/58d449f1e444f1f384f47aa749d2f4f3fa0a0440/third_party/ocilib/src/subscription.c (dead project)
