Hi! I recently had to change my phone because of a damage. I lost access to my Facebook account because I can’t login now because of the Authenticator. Can you please help?

I am having this same problem. I’m stuck in a möbius loop of needing to login to FB to remove/reconnect the app but can’t because I need to app to login. Is there a workaround available?
