User cannot load more posts in the home feed. Only 10 posts are shown and not any more.

Describe the solution you'd like

Similar to the all communities page, show a button that allows the user to load more posts. Add a check if there are no more posts.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Automatically load posts when the user reaches the button of the page
Add pages containing posts
