Wrong path PlasmidComparison

Hi!
Thank you for making this tool. It looks very usefull.

I'm testing it and it seems like there's an issue with the PlasmidComparison steps. I looked at the CircuitSeq.nf file and it seems like there might be a wrong path to the script? (/plasmidseq/lrac/scripts/assess_assembly.py)

I think that's the right path; running bash in the container shows the script lives there:

root@d97544150b54:/# ll /plasmidseq/lrac/scripts/assess_assembly.py
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 12477 Sep 28 00:41 /plasmidseq/lrac/scripts/assess_assembly.py*

Did you get an error when you ran the pipeline? I'll try to add some tests for the PlasmidComparison part, it's not often used
