I've got same issue.

Because every version of boombox depends on membrane_aac_plugin ~> 0.18.0 and every version of membrane_simple_rtsp_server depends on membrane_aac_plugin ~> 0.19.0, boombox is incompatible with membrane_simple_rtsp_server.
And because your app depends on boombox >= 0.0.0, no version of membrane_simple_rtsp_server is allowed.
So, because your app depends on membrane_simple_rtsp_server >= 0.0.0, version solving failed.
