Prokka contig name length limit #216

Prokka seems to have a contig name length limit.
There should be a warning or rather a lock to not start if the limit could be exceeded if our tags are added.

Contig ID must <= 37 chars long: GTZ67233756_121344_S17_L001_1000_375fe0
Please rename your contigs OR try '--centre X --compliant' to generate clean contig names.

Did you use the full pipeline mode? Is 'GTZ67233756_121344_S17_L001_1000' the sample name?
