AAS Team: check of references in doc1 and doc2 for non-resolving document identifiers; and un-referenced entries

hello @AIS-RyoMukai, would you please check the references (normative references and bibliographies) in both sources/001-v5 and sources/002-v5 for non-resolving document identifiers (URLs, online files).

example: https://psgsv2.gsi.go.jp/koukyou/jyunsoku/

for non-resolving references, they will need to be:

a) updated with the correct URLs, or
b) revised to remove the link, or
c) deleted.

additionally, there are some un-referenced entries in the document. this means there is a reference entry in the "normative references" section but that entry is not referenced in the document(s). in those cases, the entries should be referenced in the main text of the document or moved to the bibliography and deleted from the normative references clause. would you please check these and update as needed.
