同步功能不能支持AD中文组名称 #169

用户和用户组都已经正常显示，但点update菜单的同步按钮时会弹出错误提示
Invalid group name "xxxx". Allowed signs are: A-Z, a-z, Underscore, Dash, (no spaces!)
xxxx 为中文名称
