help does the ts bridge stay connected all time and does this need to be installed the same location as the ts or can it be in two different locations? i had this working for very long time and now cant get it to work

Hey,

it only connects for a short time whenever a clients start the video conference. Please check your configuration. Especially the "virtualserver port".

You can also look into "/tmp/serverapp.log" or "/tmp/videoserver.log" for detailed error logging.
