Broken link and sample should link to page that explains options for auth on agent

This sample https://github.com/microsoft/Agents-for-net/tree/main/src/samples/CopilotStudioEchoSkill points to https://aka.ms/AgentsSDK-CreateBot to create the agent. This link used to point to https://microsoft.github.io/Agents/HowTo/azurebot-user-authentication-fic.html but was changed to point to https://microsoft.github.io/Agents/HowTo/azurebot-create-single-secret.html. It would probably be good to point to a page that explains the 3 options then point to the following 3 links to create

@davidyack Thanks for the input. You aren't wrong. The samples as they stand now are setup to be easiest to setup as single tenant. Long term, as our docs and configuration will evolve (before GA), and we'll have more reasonable docs and links. It is complicated by different audiences. For example, Microsoft folks can't create apps using secrets. But then things like local debugging are complicated by Managed Identity or Federated Credentials. It used to be so easy.
