Steps to reproduce

Using Spanish language on the PC (ES-mx)
Make new keyboard shortcut: [Control (left)] + [. (dot)] ===> ["<" key]
Make new keyboard shortcut: [Control (left)] + [, (comma)] ===> [Shift (left)] + ["<" key]

Go to any text input, inside or outside PowerToys, notepad for example (any text input works)

Holding Control, click ",.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.," (dot, comma, dot, comma, etc)
Fast or slow, both work, as long as you hold Control

✔️ Expected Behavior

Expected:
Actually to write <><><><><><><><><><> instead of <><.,.,.,.,.,.,

❌ Actual Behavior

It writes "<><,.,.,.,."
Note that after three "<" or so, it stops working and starts writing dots and commas instead of the shortcut i set.
