How to get last message from runtime?

I've created a reflection between two agents, it works fine, but I only print the messages (including final message), how can I get the last message after await runtime.stop_when_idle() completes? I want to pick the last message content as an input to another system

2. Can you integrate all your systems to use the runtime?
