I have the exact same issue! @yongchulShin1 Did you find a solution? I have tried to downgrade various packages to match the ipykernel 5.5.5 requirement, but it's just not possible. It causes all sorts of other dependency issues.

It's been reported before and discussed here #26075

Unfortunately, no fix yet. Some workarounds proposed just last until ADS is closed and opened again.
