Query history extension - "Copy to clipboard" and "Append to current window" option in the pop-up menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is currently hard to repeat the execution of a query found in the query history because the selection of a server and database is required. However, usually I already have an open editor connected to a database. It should be possible to reuse it, either by copy/paste or by having an option to append a query from history to the current window.

Describe the solution or feature you'd like
Have two more options in the pop-up menu of the query history:

1. Copy
2. Append to current editor
