• You can now finally save servers as bookmarks to the Servers window. Either right click on a server from a tracker listing and click "Bookmark" or hit ⌘K and enter your server and optional account details and click "Save."
• Similarly, you can finally add Trackers to the Servers window. Click the Add Tracker button in the Servers window toolbar and enter the Tracker's details.
• Servers window allows you to drag to reorder and organize server and tracker bookmarks.
• To remove a bookmark, simply select it and hit the delete key.
• Fixed (I think) an issue when posting to the message board on classic Hotline servers. No longer attempting to send message board text as UTF-8 but Mac OS Roman instead.

• Added a Server menu with some commands for switching between Chat, News, Message Board, and Files.
• Added classic Hotline sounds for login, chat, and user join and leave.
• Files served with resource forks now properly download to macOS Sonoma. You can then transfer files with resource forks over to classic Mac OS machines via network drives etc., or an emulator like SheepShaver and they should work just fine.
• Files served with Mac OS creator and file type codes are properly set on the downloaded files now too.
• Implemented a keep alive ping to Hotline servers every 3 minutes to make it possible to idle on servers.
• Starting to pay attention to user access information sent by the server (for example) by disabling the message board post button when you are not allowed. Planning to make more use of this information later.

• You can now post to a server's message board.
• The biggest change here is more or less invisible but I've swapped out the underlying networking code for something a little more straightforward to reduce bugs. This seems to have fixed issues connecting to some servers. Let me know if you encounter any issues.

• Attempt to bug fix hang connecting seen by a few people by disabling TCP Fast Open.
• Added Markdown rendering in news posts so people can add formatting, images, etc. but still keep content accessible to classic Hotline users.
• Address now focuses by default when opening the connect window.
• Show news article titles in article viewer.
• Added text file preview support alongside image file previewing.

• You can now connect to servers by IP with login/password.
• Added ⌘K shortcut for new Connect to Server menu item.
• Nicer connection status UI.
• Removed some clutter from server title.
• Moved online user count to side bar.

Hotline for Mac b5

• Pulled the classic Hotline icon set from the Mac OS 9 app which you can now select from in Settings. They are also appropriately displayed on user in the user list. Considering allowing for different icon packs, the classic set looks pretty dated, but it's nice to have there for authenticity's sake.
• Banners are working again.
• Few other bug fixes here and there.

Plenty of bugs and things not working, but you can load the few built-in trackers. Connect to multiple servers. Chat. Read news and message boards. Browse files. And change username and icon.
