Describe your suggested feature

Sources tend to mainly provide comics with a specific reading mode (e.g Webtoon mainly does long strip), and in the case of Webtoon, are aware when a comic is supposed to be read in a different mode (Webtoon has paged comics for example). A source should make use of this information to set the default reading mode for a particular comic or the entire source if the user wants it. AFAIK, this is not possible currently.

Other details

Example of long strip comic on Webtoon.
Example of paged comic on Webtoon (note: you need to be on a mobile browser or use Responsive Design Mode on Firefox (Ctrl+Shift+M) to be prompted to read it paged instead of long strip)

It's in the roadmap but not something we plan to do anytime soon
