Add incognito option in the overflow menu

Add an incognito option to the overflow menu as it is an option that is supposed to be turned on and the off again everytime it is turned on, aka it is not supposed to be permanently on or off like other options.

This is already present in all the forks that use J2K UI as base.

@Dinkarkumar this is a feature request, which anyone can open to request something or to report an issue. You can see that this feature request is open, with no reference or discussion to any implementations/pull requests, so no, it's not being worked on. Anyone can work on it & submit a pull request to add said feature/close said issue.

Otherwise, subscribe and give the request a thumbs up if you want this, rather than unnecessarily comment/ask a user about it, but with any request, there's no guarantee or ETA.
