monero: [ 0.18.1.2, 0.18.2.2 ]

Right now tests are running against versions 0.18.1.2 and 0.18.2.2, which are very old. The latest version is 0.18.3.4.

Farcaster containers are not maintained anymore, but sethforprivacy/simple-monerod and sethforprivacy/simple-monero-wallet-rpc can be used instead them.
