[WFRP4e System] [UI] Access to Spells/Prayers description from Chat Cards

An ability for Game Masters as well as Actor Owners and Observers to be able to access Item's description of Prayers and Spells after the Test has been made.

This could be achieved either via providing some sort of link/button to open the Item's Sheet, or a collapsible description, which could also provide more data (similarly to inventory's expandData) and possibly even a GM Description for Game Masters.

This would help in some cases when for example a player casts a Spell that GM is not very well familiarized with and GM wants to quickly be able to read the spell, without the need to opening the Character's Sheet, finding the Spell and opening Spell's Sheet.
